One of the most picturesque stops is the ancient farmhouse: here we will temporarily leave the e-bikes for a short walk to the top of the hill. Awaiting us among the vines will be a glass of "Valdobbiadene D.o.c.g. Madre Paola Riva di Guia," a signature wine of Cantina Gemin dedicated to Paola, the founder's daughter and mother of the three brothers who now carry on the tradition.

Tasting at the Winery

After exploring the vineyards and tasting the wine directly at the production site, we will return to Cantina Gemin. Here, we will complete our experience with a tasting of three glasses of Valdobbiadene DOCG "Selezione Gemin," paired with local delicacies.
